Jammin'

Big cousin Dexter came down with his friend and stayed with us for a few days.  While they were here the three boys had a jam session...Oliver liked singing and dancing along :)

Later, Oliver got to make his own music.

Thanks for the visit Dexter!

Grandmas and Grandpas Galore!

This past week has been busy with visitors and we've loved every minute!

On Sunday, Grandma and Grandpa came over from Spokane to stay for a couple days.  Grandma hasn't seen Oliver since he was just a few days old, and Grandpa and Oliver met for the first time; so their time was FULL of snuggles :)

Alki Beach

Oliver also got to meet his Great-grandpa Jerry (Grandpa's dad) and Grandma Beth!

 Soooo cozy!

One of the fun things about this visit was that we were able to have four generations of Watilo men together!

We also tried some new foods over the weekend:
Sweet potatoes were a hit...

Peas, not so much! haha

Our last visitor this week was Dexter!  Oliver loved playing and slobbering all over his big cousin!!

Happy Birthday Stella!

This past weekend we headed up to Canada to celebrate Stella's first birthday!!  It seems like yesterday that Jeff and I went to meet her when she was just four days old, and now here we are celebrating her first year of life.

The cupcakes were definitely her favorite part!

On Sunday before we left, Michael made a nice brunch to celebrate Mother's Day...and of course we had a little photo-shoot with the babies :)

 Kisses for Oliver

Beyond blessed to be his mama!!

Abs of steel

I'm starting to think that Oliver has a personal goal that he'd like to reach by his first birthday...six pack abs.  Whenever he's laying down he's always doing crunches, lifting his head and legs off the ground, and if you feel his tummy you can feel little muscles!!

This past weekend we took advantage of our nice weather and went to the zoo with some friends.  Then on Monday we went to the park with Auntie Aly and Harper.

We are still a continuous pool of drool.  And his new trick that he loves is to put his slobbery hands on whoever is holding him.  Unfortunately, the poor guy has a pretty chapped mouth by the end of the day :(  Sure isn't getting him down though!

Yesterday marked month five!  I cannot believe that he is five months old already!!  I weighed him the other morning and he's still about 15 1/2 pounds and is now 26 1/2 inches long.

He's certainly understanding how a spoon works and seems to be loving his nightly rice cereal.

Here he is enjoying a nice cold washcloth on his gums.
